Low calorie protein diet is really quick at producing results, it is one of the best kind of diets you can find. But the reality is that easy fat loss is only a dream, losing weight is a hard task, even though it can be made easier with a proven diet and fitness plan.  It is important to you know that only dieting properly combined with exercise will produce the results you are looking for, since only if you do both together will you achieve maximum fat loss.  First you want to start counting your calories it has happened to many people that they were gaining weight, but they just couldn't figure out why. But once they started counting their calories the quickly found their problem.  Than you need to increase the amountt of proteins you consume, to at leas 40-50% of your diet, don't forget to consume only lean proteins like poultry and vegetables.  After increasing the amountt of proteins in your diet, you should now decrease the carbs you eat to around 40 percent as well, while you should consume around 20 percent of fats.  Not all fats are bad, I shouldn't have to say which fats are bad and how crucial it is to avoid them, but you should know that your body also needs the fat group called essential fats. They are the ones our body actually needs to work normally. Those fats are omega 3 and omega 6 fats and you should consume as many of those as you can, these fats can even help you lose weight .  The no.1 cause of people gaining weight is the amountt of processed carbohydrates they consume. Yes the processed carbs are the one food group you should avoid not the fats, even though bad fats aren't helping you lose weight either. there are so many processed carbs in almost every food that is is hard to completely avoid the, especially since people are turning to fast foods more and more with the increasing speed of our lifestyle.  Don't forget to combine your diet with some cardio exercising especially with low calorie protein diet, since exercise is the best fat burner you can possibly have. you should focus on doing cardio exercise around 5 times per week for around 40 minutes at moderate intensity. If you really want to lose weight quickly you should even increase the amountt and results should be visible almost instantly.   To conclude, low calorie protein diet is really effective, but you have to follow a few simple rules, you should also combine your diet with exercise at all time for the maximum effect.
