Cut your calories!

While most people understand sugary sodas add calories, they are blind to the fact that sweet tea and juices are just as bad. Sweetened tea is no less calorie-dense than soda, and you would be better off eating the fruit than drinking the sugar sweetened juice. You should also take a look at what you add to you coffee. Coffee itself is very low in calories when you drink it black but that changes when you start adding sugar and cream.

Hydrate your body!
Drink a lot of water. Water will fill you up and curb your appetite better than diet pills which have side effects on your body. Water is also necessary to flush your system out and maintain a good bowel movement to keep you healthy and trim.

Get enough sleep!
Most people need about 8 hours per night. If you"re not allowing your body to recuperate each night you have very little chance of successfully losing body fat quickly and safely.

Regular Exercise!
Follow a strict exercise routine along with your diet and you will see the fat melt away! Stomach fat can be stubborn, but it is up to you to continue with the exercises and your diet regimes relentlessly! When weight is lost, both muscle tissue and fat are lost, so exercise and physical activity is absolutely necessary.
