How Many Calories Should I Eat To Lose Weight?- The Truth Behind Counting Calories Will Suprise You!

Calorie Quality Means More Then Calorie Count.

Before I understood what a calorie is and how they seemed to just be making me fat, I used to often wonder "How many calories should I eat to lose weight." This is the first question a person serious about their weight loss will ask themselves. Unfortunately it is not the right question to ask -so let me explain.

The answer is simple because so much information is available to us. And all though women and men differ somewhat in their caloric needs, the accepted calorie intake range is anywhere from 1500 - 2500 calories a day.

So that's a healthy range for daily living but when it comes to calories needed to lose weight, this raises a host of questions.

1. Do you want to lose weight quickly or slowly?

2. Do you care if you gain that weight back? (Everybody wants to lose weight permanently but 98% of people are unable to. Why?)

3. Do you want to just lose water weight fast to fit a pair of jeans or are you interested in actually burning fat away?

4. Do you want release fat from your life forever and not have to diet again?

These are valid questions and you can add to the list.

The fact is that in order to quickly lose weight and also properly reset your body's blood sugar balance - which is critical for long term weight loss success, you should consume less calories then you burn through activity every day.

This makes sense but now more questions arise:
Are you taking nutritional supplementation?

Do you currently exercise?

Will you exercise more while losing weight?

What forms of exercising will you engage in?

    -Hiking
    -Swimming
    -Walking
    -Running….

It becomes clear that counting calories alone to lose weight needs to be carefully examined. Ask yourself what kind of weight loss success do you really want?

Lose weight and keep it off the easy way.

Actually losing weight and sustaining that weight loss is not about how many calories it takes to lose weight. It's all about the quality of the calories you ingest and what your lifestyle habits are in general.

Examine your grocery shopping habits - Do you shop for low Glycemic food? (Stay away from highly processed food - be careful.)

Do you include high quality nutritional supplementation in your diet? (Proper supplementation helps your body sustain a normal weight.)

Do you include moderate exercise in your daily activities? (Exercise means moving your body the way it was designed-not military style weight loss boot camps. But those can be cool – just unnecessary.)

Think about this - It takes about 3500 calories in a single day to gain a single pound! If you are not active and don't closely consider the quality of what you eat and the portion sizes, any calorie you put in your body will attach itself rather than burn off naturally!

That's not entirely true but you get the picture. Your body is designed to regulate a normal healthy body weight all by itself! You don't need special diets or pills and you don't need to stress on how many calories per day to lose weight you need.

Permanent weight loss is very natural. It does not need to come with great sacrifice. Take the time and learn more about how you can quickly and naturally lose weight permanently. Visit our website for more information and your free report on how to lose weight for the last time.
