Best Exercise to Lose Weight
We all want to know which exercises will help us lose the most weight quickly. Basically, there are two types of exercises: strength training or aerobic workout, Each one contribute differently to weight loss. Aerobic training burns harmful fats, during you are occupied in the exercise itself. On the other hand, strong training basically contributes to weight loss by helping to increase the pace of your (RMR) i.e. resting metabolic rate, which is the number of calories your body burns while you are at rest. Your resting metabolic rate in fact increase, the more robust your body is because it takes much more energy to keep muscles than it does to keep fat.
Exercise is an important part of any weight loss. But with busy schedules, always remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so that some health training exercises will make you more attractive and healthier while not essentially contributing to weight loss. Both the strength and aerobic exercise can be done at home to lose weight quickly.
Your leg and buttocks muscles are the largest muscles in your body. Everyday in front of the mirror bring your feet at shoulder width while squat down-and-up 15-25 times for two or three sets. This will build your buttock and leg muscles. As you build up strength, try holding two or five pound weight or dumbbells in your hands while working out. Make sure to warm up first
Pushup is another form of strength training: while doing pushups your arms have to support up to 60% of your body weight. Do two or three sets of 25 pushups to increase your RMR and to build arm strength.
While walking is in itself a good aerobic exercise, walk quickly is even good for burning calories. Be sure you really stretching first and then warming up with systematic walking. Once you begin your faster walking speed, try to keep as much pace as possible for a long period. When you get tired, try doing periods of walking fast followed by short intervals of slower walking.
Jumping jacks are an excellent form of aerobic training or exercise you can also do it at home. Do 3 or 6 sets of 25 jumping jacks. If you are living in a single room or living in a second story room, be consideration of your neighbors by going out or doing these in a first story room.
Stepping is a good way to burn calories and to get your heart beating. You can use your stairs at home, but for best output I suggest purchasing specialized stackable step mat. Do 3 to 5 sets of 25 steps each to start over. Even though you can't feel like the stepping is helping, it is.
A significant method in a strategy to lose weight fast at home is to do a group of exercises that build muscles, while burning calories. Begin a regimen of most or all of these exercises 3-4 days per week and watch the harmful fat melt away.
Another problem with very low calorie diets is that weight loss is not all fat, but considers a substantial loss in thin mass, which considers muscle tissue. Exercise also helps lower this lean tissue loss. The group of moderate calorie reduction and exercise and is best for lower lean tissue loss during weight loss.
Do not forget to consider systematic exercise. Exercise is necessary whether you select to lose weight or keep your current weight. Exercise alone could be the way to lose unwanted fat.
