My first month on this wasn’t the best as I didn’t see any good results. My 2nd month was a different story though as I lost 17 pounds in that one month alone. I guess it took a while for my metabolism to kick-in. I measured myself this morning and I was at 179 – down from 194-196ish. I plan to keep using this for the foreseeable future.
