Lose Weight and Keep it off fast.


There is a sea of lose weight quick scams all over the internet and tv these days, but it is very rare that someone will actually share the method that truly worked for them. I have lost 10% of my body weight in fat(20 pounds) over the last 6 months, and tripled my strength, by following a very simple program I made for myself just using my common sense.

There are several important steps:

1st, Limit soda intake to 1 time per week maximum, this includes beer and all other drinks as well. Replace them with water and plan to drink a minimum of 4 bottles of water per day. Drinking V8 juice is okay 2-3 times per week as well.

2nd, Get a gym membership and attend at least 3 times per week, jogging(not cycling) for 15 minutes at first, and building to at least 30 minutes per day. Talk to the staff and find a resistance training program to build your muscles, because muscles burn fat.

3rd, Limit fast food and pizza to 2 times per week max, and cut out pasta all together besides special occasions. When you feel hungry between meals, drink a full bottle of water to fill your stomach. Eat low fat 6" subs as often as possible, and try to eat smaller portions at meals, stopping before you are full instead of eating until you don't feel you can eat more easily.

If you follow these 3 steps you will likely lose weight and gain muscle just like me. I hope I have helped you on your path.
