Since the dawn of time --well, maybe before the creation of double cheese nachos-- man has had one real quest.Not to land on the moon, seek fortune,achieve inner peace or even to attain omnipotence.Losing fat quickly has always been the objective.Why do we go on this quest?We are definitely affected by the people we see on tv and advertisements to lose weight.I truly believe most of us would love to loose 10 lbs in 10 days safely and easily.
