Lose Weight By Eating
"You can lose weight by eating? Are you kidding me?" you might ask. Well, this is one method of losing weight that may sound totally insane but it is actually very true and is totally possible. Yes, you can lose weight by eating.
By eating, I mean you will be eating 5 or more times a day instead of your normal 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. By spreading out your normal 3 meals into 5 or more meals, you will be eating breakfast, morning tea time, lunch, evening tea time and lastly dinner, with smaller portion of foods each as the 3 meals has been split into many meals.
Of any lose weight program, of course one would have to eat healthy foods to achieve weight loss. The foods should be ideally less in calories, fats, oils as well as less sugary. So cheesey pizzas, fast food burgers and other rich in calories and high fat stuffs are totally out of the way. No one can ever lose weight by eating those high fat foods anyway.
Metabolism Burns The Body Fat
So, back to the main point. The idea of losing weight by eating so many meals is simply to ensure that your stomach is not empty. By being replenished with food constantly, your stomach will always be filled, and hence you will never feel hungry. Because when a person starts feeling hungry, it means that the stomach is already empty and then there is no food to digest and metabolise anymore. As such, the body notice the situation and starts slowing down the body's metabolism rate. A body with a low metabolism rate will lead to the body's storing the more calories as fat.
So, the purpose of eating food constantly is to ensure that the body's metabolism rate is always kept in high gear. The body will be metabolising foods all the time, and as a result, the body lose weight by burning calories faster.
