D0’S-
You have to drink a lots of water, 3-4 liters per day or 12-15 glasses per day. It helps to clean out the toxins of your body. So you will feel better. The more you drink water the less you eat stuff.& last of all water has no calories. Do you know that near about 70% of our body is filled with water.
2.Eat fresh fruit daily. Fruits have lots of fiber and an vital sources of vitamins.
3.Vegetables should be on your everyday diet table. Vegetables have lots of advantages. It has lots of fibers, vitamins and lots of important things which is required to our body. And the best thing is that vegetables are low in calories. So take salad daily. Eat plan snacks.
4.You should eat frequently but not too frequently (5-6 times a day)& of course slowly. But intake size should be smaller. The smaller the meal size the lesser the calorie you intake. So you will not be hungry often.
5.You should fix your meal time. Stick to it.
6.Change the food items including vegetables and fruits daily. It will be delicious to you. You will not get bored of your diet
7.Eat your breakfast daily.
8.Include low fat dairy product in your diet chart.
9. 55% of you diet should be carbohydrates. Not less than that. It is a good source of energy.
10.30% of our diet should be proteins. Proteins have a important functions in our body.
11. 15% of our diet should be fat. It will make a healthy diet.
12. Count your intake calories. It will help you to know that how much you have to take or overtaken the food.
13.Do exercise daily. At least 2-5 hours a week.
14.Eat white meat rather than red meat.
15. Take baking foods. Baking food requires lesser oils.
16.At first you have to try to eat vegetables fresh. If you cannot then you boil them rather than cooking the vegetables.
17.Check your weight before you start the routine. And check weights twice a month. You will see a few pounds of loss in every checking. And keep the diet plan continue until you reach your goal
DON’T’S:-
1.Avoid sweetened bottle drinks, namely sodas etc. It has lots of sugars. So you are taking more calories when you drink these kind of drinks.
2. Avoid fruit juice. Fruit juice are not injurious to health but fruit juice have a lots of calories as it’s the extract of fruits. So you will be hungry very often.
3. Avoid processed and canned fruit juice contained artificial flavors and colors.
4.Don't eat when you are watching TV. Otherwise you will eat lots more.
5. Don't drink too much coffee and tea.
6. Stay away from deep fried foods.
7. Don’t eat too many chocolate, as it contains lots of calories.
8.Say no to alcoholic products and smoking as it is injurious to health.
9.Limit your sugar, oil and salt intake.
10.Avoid crash diet. As it is not a long term solution for your fatty body.
11. Don’t expect anything miraculously.
Last of all give a balance to your diet. Don’t eat too much any thing. Or don’t quit any food, unless it is injurious to health. Yes, balance your body; diet every thing to stay healthy. It is the best process to lose your weight quickly and naturally, because it has a balance.
