Excercise - A Fitness Secret

Inroduction

Miley Cyrus has beautiful hair, Aiswarya rai has glowing skin, Jennifer Aniston has a tone body and so on. We just keep on admiring them and their physical fitness. Many of us also join gym; go to skin parlor to have a glowing skin just like them. But, according to me, the simplest method is to exercise regularly and eat healthy diet. There is no age bar to exercise until you are comfortable with it. Exercise helps you not only to be fit but also to have a sparkling skin, keeps your bone strong, strengthens your muscles etc.

Benefits of exercise:
Stress free: Research has shown that regular exercise reduces the amount of stress, increased relaxation, lower blood pressure etc. It is true because once you start exercising instinctively your mind starts getting diverted and you feel good & positive towards life.
 Mood swings: An endorphins hormone, which is situated in the brain, is responsible for positive, jolly, happy feelings & if it is low it results in negative, sad feelings. Research shows that exercise not only reduces tension but also reduces symptoms’ of depression & improves physiological fitness. While exercising neurotransmitter, which is also connected to the brain, enhances, as these are chemicals that send messages to one cell which goes to another cell & this keeps the mood of an individual cool and calm.
Skin: The simplest technique to have a glowing skin is to do regular exercise& drink lots of water. Regular exercising also improves your skin texture as there is a sudden increase in your blood flow.
Tone your muscles& bones: Research shows that escalation exercises strengthens your bone & keeps your muscles strong. Exercise like running, skipping, jogging helps you to keep fit and build your bones strong. It also keeps you fresh whole day.


EXERCISES TO LOSE WEIGHT

PLAN I:
If you are doing for the first time then start with the basic i.e. walking for 10 minutes or 20 minutes. Prepare a schedule & ardently follow your workout whether afternoon, morning or evening.


PLAN II:
Determine the right food for your body type.
Ask the instructor which food supplement would be essential for your body.
Make your diet food more interesting by adding some delicious item to your regular one.
Once in a month or week just check your diet plan or meet your dietician.





PLAN III:
Take your gadgets along to rejuvenate your spirits & to brush away thes boredom.
