Eat breakfast to lose weight | increase your metabolism


There are many people who would do anything to increase your metabolism, and that once this is achieved, it allows people to burn fat and lose weight quickly with minimal effort. Metabolism refers to the frequency in which the body produces and consumes energy and calories.

There are several factors that affect a person's metabolism, such as the amount of muscle tissue, the frequency of food consumed, genetic issues, digestive system, stress levels, personal diet and activity levels we have.

Here I show you some ways to boost your metabolism:

1. Eat breakfast. Many people ignore the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It may seem strange, people who eat breakfast are thinner than those who do not, your metabolism may become slower if breakfast is taken at mid-morning or wait until noon to eat.

2. Avoid sugar. The Sugar enables the body to store fat. It is recommended that a person consumes foods that help maintain normal blood sugar, also exercise two or three times a week to have a stable level of blood sugar.

3. Eat spicy dishes. These spicy dishes helps boost your metabolism.
