Best 2 Exercises to Lose Weight With

If you're here, you're probably looking for the best 2 exercises to lose weight with. Now, there are many exercises to lose weight with, but the one's I'm going to show you are especially potent. The reason is that they not only burn calories but increase the fat loss capabilities of your body.

Here are the exercises:

NOTE: For any new exercise program make sure to consult your doctor first.

1. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT isn't so much a specific exercise as a way of doing exercise. Basically, instead of doing long distance cardio you do short bursts of working out in order to get your heart going and really boost your fat burning enzymes. It has been shown by studies to be less time consuming and also just as effective as long distance cardio.

Whether you're using it on an exercise like running or rowing, here's how to do it:

1. Warm up for 5 minutes.

2. Do the exercise for medium to high intensity for 1 minute.

3. Rest for 1 minute.

4. Work your way up to be able to repeat this 8 times.

A much harder version of HIIT for athletes...

There is a much harder version of HIIT called the "tabata method" which is popular among crossfitters but is not for everyone.

It's done by using the following method:

1. Warm up for 5 minutes.

2. For 30 seconds, do the exercise at super high intensity.

3. For 30 seconds, do the exercise at low intensity.

4. Repeat 8 times for 4 minutes of total exercise.

2. The Burpee.

The burpee is one of the best exercises to lose weight with that is excellent because it both burns calories, is challenging, and gets the heart going. Not only that - but it also functions as a "toning" exercise since it combined normal exercises to create a semi-cardio workout.

Here's how to do it:

1. Start is the standing position.

2. Drop down and do a push up.

3. Stand quickly.

4. Jump.

5. Do the above in one fluid motion.

6. Repeat.

This is a great exercise. A great challenge to work yourself up to eventually is working yourself up to being able to do 100 burpees (which is an incredible feat!) If you can do that, chances are you've already lost the weight. ;)
