Weight Loss Tip: Plan Your Meals


One of the best, and easiest, ways to lose weight is to plan ahead. Don't wait until you are hungry to decide what you will eat.

I have started planning my food and it's working. I spend a couple hours planning my menu, then I shop for my food just once. I split up my food, weigh it, measure it, pack it and freeze it. I make all my meals for a week at a time.

Each night I pull out my bags of food that I will eat the next day. I also take out any canned goods that I will eat. I put it all in a container and put it in the refrigerator. The next day, I know exactly what I'm going to eat. It's so easy to eat. I eat everything that is in my container. Give it a try and see how it works for you.
