Tone and Strengthen Your Abs with Ab Energizer

Are you looking for an easy way to lose weight and to help build well-defined abdominal muscles? They say that Ab Energizer is one of the first ab belts introduced in the market. It is an electrical abdominal exerciser work your stomach muscles and promises to tone and strengthen your abs. It is similar to the regular belts that you strap on your waist and stomach area. It then gives signal to the brain through electronic impulses that makes the stomach contract just like when you are doing a crunch or sit-up. When the muscles in your stomach contract, it strengthens and tones your abs. This process is called electronic muscle stimulation or EMS that actually works with the belt. This has been used over the years to help rehabilitate the already weakened muscles especially in the stomach.

Ab Energizer was designed for abdominal workouts that is great for people with illnesses and cannot do the regular workouts for healthy individuals. One can wear the device around the house without interrupting their daily routine. There are no physical activities required and you are not stuck in one room. The device is just their around the stomach and you can still do your cleaning and other tasks. It does the work to contract the muscles giving a firm, tighter and toned appearance of the stomach. You will only feel a certain sensation just like when you work out and the stomach muscles will be sore several times after your first use. It is also a portable device that can be stored anywhere.

Although retailers claimed that the Ab Energizer was effective, consumers found out that it is not comfortable to use. You feel that similar punching at both sides of the stomach when you wear the belt. Most users claim that it is not effective in the overall steady weight loss as what it promised in the ads. Retailers claimed that the belt will help lose some inches around the waist in short period of time but sad to say it never happened. As of today, there are still pending complaints filed at the Federal Trade Commission.
