How To Lose Weight the Natural Way

How the Fat weight gained?

 When the food has been digested by your digesting organs into energy whch could be consumed directly by cells. Some energy is transmitted to the heart, the distributer. The heart distributes it into every single cell that needs it thru blood. The rest is kept as a reserve in the form of fat. The fat is kept mostly in the instincts and a little in the limbs. If too much food is digested, the abundant fat (weight) is gained.

Feasible Ways to Lose Weight

We can see weight loss ads all over the air every day, every minute, thru newspapers, TV programs, posters and the internet. Most of them are selling their fast weight loss stuff like a kinda magical prescription,healthy food,weight loss tea, equipment, clothing, therapy,massage, blah,blah… …Most of them are scams. Why? If that works, super models and Hollywood superstars don’t have to take any drugs or other painful ways to keep fit.

Here, I only offer you ways that are really gonna work.

·Healthy Food

#1.Recommended Tea: Lemon Water

Frenquency: One Lemon Per Week

Recipe: Cut a fresh lemon in 4. Get the meat and the seeds with a spoon into a big bottle (about 1.5 liters to 2 liters). Fill the bottle with boiled water. After five minutes, the Lemon Water is done.

Conclusion: Best drink that I found to get the waste from your body in a natural way. You know what I mean. Trust me, it’s the best. Forget about expensive ones that people are selling.Remember, the first thing to lose weight is to get the waste out of your body.


#2. Recommended Fruit: Apple

Frequency: One Apple(at least) Per Day

Tip: Always eat apples in the morning

Conclusion: We all know that Eat an apple a day, Keeps the Doctor Away.Do remember to eat fruits in the morning before breakfast. If you keep it as a habbit, you won’t even catch a cold within a year. A magical fruit. And it does help lose weight.


 #3. Recommended Drink: Coffee

Frequency: one or two cups per day

Conclusion: It’s a proven drink that could help you keep fit and a good memory. What’s more, it could help you avoid the chance of having a heart attack. I can’t live without it. I mean it.


#4. Recommended Snack: Fruits and Vegetables On the Picture

Frequency: Any time you want

Conclusion: Nutritious, healthy, help with digesting. Eat them as snacks at any tme without any treatment.


 #5 One essential thing that I don’t have to recommend: Water

Frequency: Drink before you feel thirsty

Tip: Not Hot Nor Cold, but Warm.

Conclusion: Sufficient warm water to make you nice look, good digesting and blood circulation. Very good for women to make a natural foundation of the skin look. Always drink warm water before you feel thirsty.

Conclusion: I also like fast food and cola, which are all bad food. However, if you really can’t forget about the bad food & drink, just do whatever you like as long as you don’t forget to eat & drink what I’ve told you as the good ones. Keep a nice balance. I think you can make it.

My Story

I used to eat the most for every meal of the class in my college. Everyone knows that. It just kept going until I fell in love with Angela, my girlfriend, who is now my dear wife. She’s one of my classmate then. We always dined together in the college’s cafeterias. She always loves to eat vegetables, especially the cabbages. I had no other choice but to follow her. Moreover, she always stopped eating before she felt full. When I mean full, I mean you don’t wanna eat any more. She told me to eat only 80% of how much I am able to eat, just to keep healthy. I just did what she said since then. After that, I feel healthy every day, much better than before. I can’t tell where exactly the difference is, but I know, I am healthier. I even have to eat a little bit more than I want to gain some weight in case that I becomes a skinny guy. I am now only 120 pounds, very slim guy, right? And my wife always has a perfect body that every one of the neighbors and my associates admires. Actually, it is not so hard to control your diet, is it?

I found that you just have to copy what the slim do to become one of them. Take my wife Angela as an Example, she’s 90 pounds. She just eats 80% of what she can, but has fruits, vegetables, milk,green tea very frequently in a day. That’s probably why she’s not hungry when it’s time for a meal. I hope my story will help.

Conclusion: Just try to eat only 80% of what you are able to, from time to time, you’ll get used to a healthy diet.

Body Exercise

Body Exercise is most important factor to not only lose fat weight, but own a perfect fit. However, we people have separate preferred ways of taking exercises. Always keep in mind that we should do what we feel pleased with rather than painful, so that we can make it a long run rather than quit too soon. Just pick up your preferred way of taking exercises.

Swimming

If you have a swimming pool in your yard or nearby and you happen to kinda like it, why not make swimming as a daily schedule? Everybody knows swimming is the most efficient way to weight loss & body building. Plus, you won't sweat during this, nice! I kinda like it.

Skating —— the Most Popular Street Sports

Skating is my favorite sports, especially the Roller Skating. While I didn't learn it until I was 9 years old. Skating gives me passion because of the speed. With my favorite rock songs, I skate with no limit, awesome, so awesome! I can't live without it. As long as I get free time, I will skate for a while, no matter in the court yard or on the road. That feels good. If you have this taste, or you would love to try it, just follow me. Skating will give you more than passion, but a nice fit.

Honestly, I love girls who can skate well. While, as a man, I suggest that other men have your own skating set if you don't have yet. It's really Cool skating while listening to my favorite rock songs with my ipod.

Jogging —— the most relaxing way to lose weight & body shaping

Actually, I don't have much time for jogging every day, but I do think it's a very good way to lose fat weight and build healthy life. With a ipod and smooth heart beating, jogging will grant you a sense of conquer & achievement. Whoops, don't get too tired for the first few times. You don't wanna quit on this too soon, right? Take it easy, slowly and gradually. After you decide to make jogging into your daily schedule, I suggest you prepare a set of jogging stuff, especially the shoes, which is very very important for a nice jogging experience.

Yoga —— A Perfect Exercise for Business People

 I am a newspaper editor working in a big hall, while I am not a fan of Yoga. It's a good exercise, I don't deny it. I'd prefer more exciting stuff, like aerobics or skating. I can't sustain slow. However, I still recommend it to you, my busy people who only have time spending in an office every day. My wife Angela learned Yoga years ago. She can do some advanced Yoga moves which are impossible for me. I quit.
