How To Lose Weight In A Month? - A Step By Step Free Weight Loss Plan
So, you wanna learn how to lose weight in a month? Tired of all these crappy e-books and weight loss programs that promise you wonders? Well, you really did come to the right place because I will outline the fastest and the most efficient method of losing your fat. You've probably heard multitudes of people saying how really easy it is to lose weight! I mean, after all, all you really should do is stick to some crazy lemonade diet, scarsdale diet, or any other "healthy" diet in general. Folks, don't buy into this crap. Sure, these diets will help you at some point, but eventually, you will be left with nothing but a bitter taste of the diet that once "worked". The key here is not trying to lose weight overnight, it's not natural and it doesn't stick. How many times have you tried to embrace that ever-so-popular morning banana diet, only to get back to the same weight (or even worse) that you had before. What none of these diet gurus will ever tell you (because they are after your money after all) is that diets are only a temporal solution which NEVER lasts if you don't stay on it forever. The same thing goes to the guru ebooks out there. I want to be fair though, and say that there are a hand few of e-books that really did help thousands of people in losing weight (keep in mind that they helped those who were willing to do some work!). I'm not going to bash all of them, because it's just not my style. Honesty pays off in the end. I will tell you about two such ebooks in the later sections of this guide. You've probably heard of them before because they are quite popular. If you check them out, yes, I will earn a percentage commission from each sale, but it's absolutely not necessary to have these books if you want to lose weight eventually. I'd be a very dishonest and a lying person to say that. I mentioned these 2 great e-books because they, after all, have part in this program that I'm about to share with you. I think that you should get them if you are interested in a more detailed approach. But the principle is always the same - you will have to work to get these pounds off, don't even think you won't.
3. You will have to change your lifestyle.
The sooner you accept this fact, the better. If you want to lose weight in a month, and what's even better, if you want to keep your line slim, you will have to drastically change your lifestyle from the moment you start with this free weight loss program. Keep in mind that I'm not going to tell you all the details on what you should be eating. No, from my past experience, giving such details only pushes people away from their goal. You don't have to eat 2 carrots at 12 am to lose the belly fat, don't worry. I will give you some principles that will boost your body health, and that will ultimately make you a slimmer man (or a woman :) ), but I will not bombard you with calorie charts and all the other crap. People have to sell something, and they have to have something to fill the pages up with. But it all comes down to one basic principle: losing more calories than taking them in. We'll get to it a bit later.
4. What you should never do while trying to lose weight - IMPORTANT!
Whether you will stick to this fat loss plan or not, I'm obliged to help you to understand what you should avoid when you pick your next plan. After all, you might get bored of me jabbering about this and you just might click the back button in your browser. Even if you do so, I won't get mad :). However, please read this section, even if it's the only section you will read on this article. I'm going to actually tell you what to avoid like a plague in your next "best weight loss program" that promises overnight wonders and joys.
4.1. Never buy into the stuff that sells you prepackaged meals. Processed foods and sodium is not the way to lose weight by any means. In the end they will only harm your health. I know that people are greedy and that they want to lose weight in a week. Don't play that game, please. That's why you have hundreds of desperate people with credit cards in their hands.
4.2. Never restrict your nutrient input. Even if those kinds of schemes work for a while, I bet your health is more important to you than your weight. Unnatural methods like restraining carbs and fats can in the long run be devastating to your metabolism. I know that this all seems like doom and gloom, but once you get sick you won't think of it that way.
4.2 Don't lower your calorie input by too much. The truth is, you don't have to starve yourself to death if you want to lose weight. People who propose that you should don't have a clue what they're talking about. I'm a Christian, and I do fast. But you know what, even when my hidden motives were to secretly lose some weight, I never did lose a pound. My body sent the signals to actually store fat. The moment I ate something because I couldn't go on any further - everything went straight to fat. This is not a normal style of living, I assure you.

It's filled with great information, but at the same time- info won't cut your pounds by itself, you will have to work to get there. I'm recommending it because it's more detailed than this free guide here. I'm not a sales person, and this is not a sales pitch).
The whole exercising part of this free weight loss plan is very simple actually. I will give you some exercises that you will do every second day to the point of inability. What do I mean by "inability"? Well, you will do the same exercise until the point in time comes where you won't be able to do a single rep any more. Say you can do 20 push ups and no more. On the 21st your hands are very weak and you can't do that one more push up in it's entirety. This is what I mean by the point of inability. You don't have to do any sets whatsoever, the only thing you should do is to do each of the exercises I am about to give you - to the point of inability.
What is the point of such exercises? Well, you build strength, and you build it in a way that really strengthens your muscles. In the end, you will lose more weight while sitting because you have a larger muscle mass- meaning that you will be burning more calories while not exercising. Building your muscle mass will enable your body to burn more calories while not doing any exercises, which in turn assures your long term weight loss goal will be achieved. The other great aspect of this kind of an exercise is that you don't have to spend a lot of time on it. Forget that crap: "you should be walking for at leas an hour to lose your belly"... it's all fine and dandy, but it sure doesn't help a bit. I've tried it, it doesn't work.
Here's what I do every day to keep my weight (this is only the exercising part of this plan):
1. I do push-ups to the point of inability.
2. I do crunches to the point of inability.
3. I do squats to the point of inability.
4. I do an exercise for each muscle group that I can think of that day - to the point of inability.
You can find all these exercises on Youtube, I won't waste valuable space here by explaining how to do a push-up. The first 3 exercises are the core of what I'm doing every single day. It took time to get myself used to it, but now it's just a part of my life. It will take time for you too, but if you stick with it, you will build muscles naturally, and you will burn fat much faster on a long term basis as a result. The step #4 is also very simple, so I won't go into detail about it. The point is to exercise every muscle group in your body to the point on which you can't do it any more. There are hundreds of exercises by professionals that you can find on the internet, many of them are free, many of them are not. Once again, I'm referring to the Fat Buring Furnace, since these are the best exercises that I was able to find anywhere on the internet. They are also very detailed.
That's all there is to it, really. You don't have to do this every day, you can do it every second day when you start. You'll find out, as th time goes by, that your point of inability progresses. You were once able to do 10 push-ups, now you can do 20 of them. That's great! It means that you are building strength, and it also means that you are able to burn fast very fast even when you are sleeping.
5.The eating (dieting) part of this free 1 month weight loss plan.
Now that we've gotten the exercising habits going on (hopefully, I'm not diluted that many of you won't even make it up to here, but that's really your problem guys.. I'm not trying to be harsh here, it's just the way it is), it's time to battle the second part of our terrible lifestyle: eating habits. Keep in mind that you won't do it with exercising only. What's it worth to have six pack abs if they are not seen? 5.1. Completely eliminate junk food from your life. This is so terrible to think of, isn't it? Well, to tell you the truth, this was very hard for me also, but once I've broken that mental barrier, I knew that I wasn't coming back. Don't eat huge amounts, rather eat more times per day with small meals. This has helped me a lot.
5.3. I'm not sure how this worked for me, but I drink a lot of water. 8-10 glasses of water per day is your goal. Also, try to eliminate those artificial sodas, juices etc. It's incredible how healthier you will be. Again, I know that it's quite hard at the beginning, but it's also incredible to realize that you can get away without this stuff.
5.4. Be modest. Don't over eat yourself. Did you know that when your belly alarms you- that you're not even hungry? It just got used to the food, so it's actually alarming you about your appetite. It's all the part of how disciplined you are really.
