How To Lose Weight And Gain Muscle With Nutrition

Looking for a way to lose weight and gain muscle with nutrition? Great! That's what I'm here for. Weight Loss and Muscle Gain is definitely possible... yet there's so many people who will claim that it's NOT possible.

Losing Fat and Gaining Muscle is not done in the gym. Sure, it's a great way to get started, but without the right nutrition program - your gains and losses are not going to stick around.

Ever see the guy who works out in the gym every day? Wait... ever see Richard Simmons? Yeah... that's pretty much what I'm trying to say here. Building Muscle is not possible without the right diet...neither is fat loss. It's just not. You cannot and will not convince me otherwise as it's been proven over and over. Small gains are not what it's about... they will not stick without the right diet.

So let's continue...

What I'm saying here does not involve eating Salads or protein bars. That's not good nutrition... that's fad dieting. That's not even a diet.. it's a FAD diet.

What's the difference between a diet and a fad diet? Simple answer: South Beach, Atkins and all of those fad diets are meant for temporary results. We all know that in 10 years, nobody will be on those diets any longer. Yet there's plenty of people who are on diets for 10 years... yet they're not under a marketed name. Why is this? There might have been a Doctor behind the program - yet it's unheard of. Why is this?

Packaging? Commercials? Rumors? Claims? False Advertisements?

I think you get it...

The best Diet Program I've ever come across in my lifetime is a program created by Dr. John Berardi (seen in the images below) who labeled his program simply: "Precision Nutrition". Interesting name, right? Precision...Nutrition.

Eating the right foods at the right times. He's also written a few other books as well... but nothing as packed full of information as Precision Nutrition. I've actually never seen anything of it's caliber.
