Common Myths to Get Rid of Belly Fat- Are you making these mistakes?

Common Myths 101

In today's society there are so many different ways to lose weight using different diets and exercises one could very easily get whiplash trying to learn. Things that you may have thought to be good as a way to get rid of belly fat, may turn out to be misleading information. So I have outlined some of the most common myths to get rid of belly fat so we can shed a little light on the subject and help you lose weight for good.
Common Myths to get rid of belly fat 1 - The best exercise is done in the A.M..
Wrong- This is false information. There are no real advantages to waking up at the ass crack of dawn to start your workout routine. Unless your a morning person. I can't stand morning people. all chipper as soon as they wake up uugghh! Sorry had to get that off my chest. It is more important to exercise regularly and intensely. If you aren't a morning person like me then starting your workout in the morning, you may not be giving it your all, hence you won't get the results you want. . Better to exercise 5 nights a week, than once or twice in the morning. Probably the only good thing about exercising in the a.m. is you know it's done and you can feel good about it the rest of the day.
Common Myths to get rid of belly fat 2 - Walking the treadmill will help you get rid of belly fat.
Wrong. Using a stationary equipment such as a treadmill, bike, or even an elliptical machine causes you to workout at the same pace day in and day out. While this is better than nothing, it is definitely not all it's cracked up to be. Research has shown that exercising at the same levels every day will not help you get rid of belly fat. It is now required that you need physical variation in your workout routine. This is one of the most important factors to consider in your quest to get rid of belly fat. This means short bursts of intense activity. followed by short recovery periods. This is called "interval training". The benefits of interval training can help increase cardio health and wear and tear on your joints
You will see faster results if you include strength training, especially if you want to get rid of belly fat quickly.
Common Myths to get rid of belly fat 3 - Do long cardio sessions to get rid of belly fat faster.
Wrong once again. You will burn calories, absolutely. But including strenght training is what will build you muscle. We all know muscle burns calories 24/7, even when your a sleep. So in reality strength training and not cardio burns more calories to lose weight.
Common Myths to get rid of belly fat 4 - Do a thousand and one crunches and get the six pack you always wanted.
Guess what? Wrong again. We all have ab muscles but they lie hidden underneath your layers of fat. So while you may try every ab workout routine under the sun. they will never see the light of day unless you can get rid of belly fat first.
The only way to get rid of belly fat fast is to find a way to combine both diet and fitness programs that have interval training. This will boost your metabolism rate and increase your fat burning mode. The right diet and exercise program combined will get you much better results than using one of these common myths to get rid of belly fat.
Hopefully this has shined the light on some of these common myths to get rid of belly fat and how it can be used to melt belly fat fast. Too many people waste time using stationary equipment that yield no results in the end. So I'm curious now you know about these common myths to get rid of belly fat.
