4 Effective Weight Loss Rules
For over the years, many people have devised ways to lose weight. There are weight loss programs which have been proven effective and there are also programs and methods that continue to fail. Many people are looking for an effective weight loss program but sadly some fall into using difficult and very exhausting methods which really never works. This in turn just adds up to making them unhappy and more frustrated. Yet come to think of it, most of the time there is really nothing wrong with some weight loss programs but the people themselves who fail to follow the guidelines of the program properly.
Just like anything that you want to achieve, discipline and determination are very important factors. No matter how much you want to lose weight, without the proper discipline and determination there is only little possibility that you will get the results that you want.
So in order to get the figure and weight that you desire here are four weight loss rules that you can live by to help achieve what you want.
Your body needs a certain amount of nutrition to maintain functions like breathing and digestion. Eat only the exact amount of calories you need each day. You can do this by calculating your basal metabolic rate or BMR.
Mark your calorie intake and usage using a calorie calculator. Determining number of calories you burn while sitting, standing, exercising, lifting weights, throughout the day is important.
It is important to be accurate as much as possible on your calorie intake each day. Use a Calorie Count or food journal to write down what you eat and drink.
Add everything up to your BMR number plus your activity calories and then subtract the food calories from that total. If you're eating more than you're burning, you'll gain weight. If you're burning more than you eat, you'll lose weight.
