Almost everybody wants Fast Weight Loss but very few know or understand how. I have seen countless people get fed up with the quick fat loss pills and fancy diets. There's no easy way around losing weight other than understanding your body, personal discipline in exercising, and changing your old eating habits. An Overview...

When I talk about changing your eating habits, I especially mean cutting out refined sugars and fatty foods. Yeah, counting calories works too, but if you detoxify your system and move your beautiful body more, that unwanted stubborn fat will melt away and you will discover that super lean and sexy bod that you always had.

Do not use starvation as a means of quick weight loss. You will weaken your immune system, slow down the speed of your metabolism rate and lose muscle as well.

Eat foods that BURN FAT! Eat fat burning foods, add a good dietary supplement, and exercise program, all of which will increase your metabolism and burn extra calories.

Now, let's talk about "exercising" to reveal your hidden sex appeal. This may be a lifestyle change of how you go about your day-to-day activities, but it's worth it! If you're looking for the fastest means of exercising to lose weight, then grab a pair of sweats and say 'hello' to the nearest treadmill and get to steppin'!

Your lifestyle change can be in "how" you do things. For instance, take the stairs instead of the escalator; get up and make the xerox copy yourself instead of handing it to someone else to do; jog or run and play with your dog instead of watching your dog run around; play with your child(ren) -- (even if you don't have a dog or child...just get out and work your body!); include a walk around a couple of blocks during your lunch hour; and get involved in some form of cardio exercises....go dancing!

An overdose of "Just Do It" determination and attitude, a couple of pair of sweat suits, good pair of exercise sneakers, and a towel to wipe off all your sweat! :-)

I have found that the most important aspect of losing weight is the 'buddy system', which holds you accountable to accomplishing your goals. Go out and find someone whose opinion you value and talk with them about your weight loss goals. Someone who can tell you the real deal -- give you tough love truth when you're slacking -- and motivate you towards staying the course and achieving your goals. Psst, and I don't mean "Mirror, mirror on the wall..." Find a real person who can be real with you. This would spur you on to be focused.

Detoxify and Cleanse Your System...

Understanding what makes up stubborn fat that won't budge and take the necessary steps to take to remove it from your body.Detoxify and cleanse your system. Why? Well basically, all this really gross stuff gets stuck in your colon over the years, and along with this gross stuff, toxins get trapped inside your intestines. Its like tar, and it adds inches and pounds to your body. You can exercise all day, but that does nothing to get rid of it.

Just as everyone has 'good' and 'bad' levels of white blood cells or cholesterol, everyone also has 'good' and 'harmful' parasites living in their bodies. These parasites, if left to live and breed inside your stomach, small and large intestines and colon, they will eventually cause you to puff up, gain lots of weight, get sick more often, and take many, many years off your life!

NOW is the time to flush them out and down the toilet for good! If you don't they will just make you fatter and much, much sicker!

Eat Fat Burning Foods...

I know it sounds crazy, but it's true! You can actually slim down by eating more fat buring foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables. Fat burning foods are foods that make your body work the hardest, therefore, resulting in your body burning the maximum amount of calories per meal.

The foods that will help you slim down the most are whole foods and foods in their natural state such as whole grains, wholemeal rice, wholemeal pasta, wholemeal bread and potatoes. These are also complex carbohydrates which will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

You should be including good quality protein from lean meats such as chicken breast and turkey breast, fish, seafood and eggs in your fat burning foods diet. Spread your meals from 3 big meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner into 5-6 smaller meals -- controlled portions -- comprising the 3 main light meals and 2-3 other snacking time.

At this point you can start to target specific areas of your body that you want to tone and draw attention towards --- your abs! Lets face it.
