Natural Weight Loss Exercise
Many people are finding ways to lose weight more naturally. Some people cut down in their diet, some go for Yoga exercise regularly while others go for other exercises. Generally, exercise can be categories as aerobic or anaerobic exercise. What is aerobic and anaerobic? Aerobic means "with oxygen" whereas anaerobic means "without oxygen".
Fat in the body needs oxygen to burn thoroughly. Therefore we need to exercise and move slowly and smoothly to allow muscle cells get enough oxygen to burn and utilize fat as the main energy source during the process.
Anaerobic exercise requires greater effort and move at an increased pace. Exercising this way burns more calories. As oxygen cannot always be delivered to the cells in sufficient quantities, your body cells are forced to burn more carbohydrates to keep up with increasing demand without oxygen. Example of anaerobic exercises are sprinting, weight training, that burn mainly 95% of your body carbohydrates. This way of exercise also burn fat indirectly.
So, what is the best and natural weight loss exercise for us? You may wonder if it is about changing your usual habit to run 5 miles a day if you're not a regular runner; or swimming many laps or do many rounds of jogging at the garden nearby your house etc. Sometimes, a natural weight loss exercise can be just as simple as doing the regular task that you like at home! If you have kids, trying playing with them for at least 60 minutes everyday, you will find not only your kids are happy but you can be very much enjoyed at the end of the session. Try to find something that you like to do for at least 30-60 minutes everyday and these activities can potentially make you sweat and move. Why this is important? Because this will not make you feel like you are actually working on it, it makes you feel like you're doing the things that you very much enjoyed and it will help you to stick on it for longer period which can potentially change your overall habit.
Another good point to observe while doing weight loss exercise, we should have interval exercises where we break for a slower workout after a fast or hard workout. For example you may run a lap around a track and then you walk around the track the next lap. Important note to take is to make sure your interval exercise should not take more than 20 minutes but must at least last for 10 minutes. What is so important about interval workouts? This interval exercises can help to keep your metabolism elevated throughout the day, which helps you to burn more calaries.
