As in my case, I have been using personal trainer for the last four months and have selected him after trying three others first.

My personal trainer helps me very much and he is very helpful to me. Apart from training me, he keeps me always on my toes. He makes me to work hard, when I feel exhausted and want to quit. He is quite fair and realizes how far to push me. After analyzing everything, both of us having drafted a programe which will help me reduce weight considerably. He also has a lot of knowledge about diets and always instructs me what food to eat and what not to eat. At first I had a lot of difficulty to stick to those boring diets, but as I have begun losing weight I have become more interested to follow these diets strictly. He has also shown me a lot of food recipes which are less fatty and tastier to eat.

Employing a personal trainer was the best thing that I have done when coming to losing weight. I would highly recommend it to all obese people out there. I have lost a lot of belly fat gained due to the beer, but am working hard, because at this point it is to be more fit rather than losing more weight.

After losing a lot of weight, my personal trainer has told me that at this point I may gain a bit of weight because my muscles will start to grow. But he has said I will never be fat again if I follow these workout regimes, but will become more muscular and toned. I will continue to maintain this in the future and a last word to say that, in so many years I am taking a great pleasure in shopping for clothes for the first time.
