It seems in our busy world we can't find a way to lose weight.There's a very simple way to lose weight that will work if you put the effort and time into it. You need to forget the pills, powders, and other gimicks in the marketplace. The only true way to lose weight is to eat whole-foods and avoid the garbage food we find at the stores.
Processed Junk Food World
All around us we can find something to eat.but we seem to stay unhealthy, overweight, or obese. By eliminating the processed junk that you find in the grocery store, you can lose weight. Most of the food you find at the store is what I like to call "un-food." This food has been stripped of the natural vitamins and minerals found in nature and replaced them with salt, sugar, additives and other ingredients so you get addicted to it. By eating this way we gain weight very quickly due to starving our bodies of nutrients so we hold onto the empty calories we consume. The good taste of these foods keeps us coming back for more until we balloon up in weight. Restaurants serve the same types of junk in giant portions so you think you are getting value. High consumption of this food will put the pounds on you very quickly. To lose weight you need real food like fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. That is the key and the only way to drop the pounds in a safe manner.
One-Two Punch of Natural Food and Exercise
Once you begin to consume whole natural foods your body can use the vitamins, minerals, fiber and water to help you speed up the fat burining process. To kick this into high gear you need to begin to move and exercise. Once you start to exercise your body will respond by burning off the excess fat you have stored. Since your giving your body good fuel, the weight drops off in a shorter period of time and you can keep it off. If you go back to eating junk again your body stores the calories because your starving yourself of vital nutrients. You don't need degree to figure this out but the diet industry tries to make it complicated, it's not. The food industry wants to keep you fat, your more valuable to them as a consumer then.
Eat Like Great Grandpa
Lose weight by eating like our ancestors did. Eat real home-cooked natural food that's free of processing. We eat so poorly now that it's no wonder we have such an obesity problem but it's not your fault, the food industry and "un-food" products are to blame. They market these foods to you and your children making the tempation of great taste so high you can't resist. it's just like a smoker who can't give up cigarettes. Eat real food, drink water, and exercise. This will help you drop more pounds that you thought possible. Don't listen to the media, listen to nature and the food she has provided for us.
