When making a life changing decision to commit to being healthy and fit preparation in the mind is essential . Don’t worry this part isn’t as hard as it may seem. But if your serious about changing your life and health dedication needs to me instilled in the mind. First you need to know and believe that you deserve to be fit and health. Visualize yourself loosing the pounds, eating healthy and being a sexy workout machine.



Fun workouts

Dance

This could be going out clubbing, a dance class or a dance workout video.More and more people are using dance as their cardio workout. Moving your hips side to side, forward and back or moving your waist in a circular motion is not only fun but very effective on your abs and oblique’s. This is more effective than getting on the floor and doing hundreds of sit ups and not as straining.

Yoga booty ballet

Interval running

OK! I admit running is not fun, but 20 minutes 1-2 times a week running intervals is the best fastest way to burn fat.- Buff Mother. The way to properly do intervals, start off with the first minute jogging, the second minute sprinting, 3rd minute jogging, so on and so on. 2 minutes is not long, and the benefits of this workout is worth it.

Your work out should consist of 3 days cardio out of the week and 2 days tone or build. If 5 days a week is something you cant commit to then 2 days of cardio and 1 day of toning or lifting should be done. There’s a lot of Fun, Effective toning workouts

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. Push ups

push ups are very effective in toning the arms and keeping the girls perky. There are a lot of ways push ups can be done. Regular position , girl stance position with your knees slightly bent resting on the floor or using an exercise ball to place your feet on. This technique also uses your abdominal muscles because your balancing on the ball.



Eat smart

Eating 5-6 small meals a day will speed up your metabolism and your body will be burning calories through out the day just by eating because your body will constantly be digesting small portion meals. You should never over eat, experts say when you eat a mean your stomach should only be ¾ full. When you over eat your body digests what it can and stores the rest. So its very important to be aware of your portions. Effective easy snacks to eat any day throughout the day



Greens

Any green vegetable is very good for you. On weight watchers point system any green vegetable is a zero, meaning you can eat as much of it as you want.

Bananas
