Weight Loss... Seems Impossible?
I have studied Human Biology, Physical Education at a high level and have very strong veiws about being fit and healthy.
I have found my own way to train that is unique to me... but it includes lots of different stratagies and training programs developed by other people. The problem is that people take other peoples word for granted when it comes to losing weight.
If you think you have tried every possible way to lose weight, i garantee that you haven't. not only are there the main ways to lose weight there are also lots of other ways to change the way your body works.
everyone knows that eating a balanced diet and regular exercise is the way to lose weight naturally. SOME people believe sergery or food suppliments is an alternitive that definatly works, but once you lose weight if you don't carry sticking to that guide... you will put those pounds back on and most of the time more.
what i am trying to get you to think is to be open minded about day to day things. this includes
dieting
balanced diet
exercise
sticking to a food guideline/plan
but these are all very general. if i said to you you arn't exercising properly, you can say you run 6 miles a day... why not try using a cross trainer instead of a treadmill... not only you work the same muscles but you also help your joints by not putting constant jolting on your knee's.
the link below shows comments from people who have opened their mind to doing different things in day to day activities, that might give you an insentive or a good new idea to lose weight.
