Introduction.
What do you think of when i mention Weight Loss?, Most people these days immediately think of Magazines offering themselves to you with those eye catching titles such as, ''Lose Weight Fast!'' , or maybe you think of those advertisements on most websites almost crying out to you with words such as '' I Lost 10lb In 1 Week! ''. If you believe any of that nonsense, then i'm sorry to disappoint you but they just want your money. To be Quite honest there is really only 3 main ways to lose weight.
The Main Ways.
1. You can have treatment. Basically you get people to take out your insides. I would definitely NOT consider having this done to loose simple lb's. Well i guess if you reading this and your like 20 stone overweight? Then yea i'd have a think about it. But i'm sure you people are reading this, wanting to lose or want to know how to lose a minor amount of weight. I'm going to move straight on to number 2; as it's more relevant.
2. So, number 2. The second way you could lose weight, is by going on DIETS. Or devoting your life to cucumber and celery because 'Weight Watchers' told you too. I also do NOT recommend this at all. Yes, I'm sure you will eventually lose weight by starving your body from those carbohydrates and fats that are extremely important to ones health. But I don't see what is the problem with eating what you want. As long as you CONTROL the amount you eat.
And for some, that is the easy bit, but are putting weight on still as they have something what is called a 'slow metabolism' where you can't work off calories as well as you put them on. And for others, well, they just can't seem to stop eating, whether this is because of the reason that they are depressed and see food as something to 'comfort' them? Or whether they just like eating? Well I'm going to move onto my 3rd and final 'Way' of losing wait, which i recommend to ANY reader who wants to lose any time of weight or change it into muscle. That last bit might of given it away a bit but oh well.
3. Number 3, the final 'Way' to lose weight. It is called.. A GYM! Yes thats right, I highly recommend you joining your local gymnasium and pester them to make you a 'workout plan'. A workout plan basically tells you what to do when you get to the gym. It's nearly identical to a time table which you receive at school/college/university; It is set out to help you maximise your time at the gym and work your body to the limit, as long as you follow what the trainer tells you to do. I think the gymnasium is better than eating cucumber on toast for a few months or having yourself decapitated by an angry nurse because you can still eat and do whatever you like, as long as you work to your limit at the gym.
I suggest hitting the gym 2-3 times a week and focusing mainly on the cardiovascular machines there. Some of which include, the well known Treadmill and the Rowing machine. Normally the gym will be sectioned off to people who want to train for cardiovascular fitness or muscular build. Also great things to take to the gym for when your are training are, An iPod/Mp3 player, a bottle of water, and a spare top to change into after you drown the used one in sweat. Going with a friend or partner will encourage you to go more often so maybe you could find someone to go with and lose some weight together? I don't know :)
