The Quickest Way To Lose Weight - Tune Your Thoughts

It is official now - this hub will change you.

This hub is going to be motivational. In fact, it is supposed to skyrocket your efforts and help you get rid of bad, negative thoughts. Or at least entertain you.

You keep on looking for the quickest way to lose weight. That is fine and it makes sense. Let’s assume you have finally found it. I guess you are happy. So am I. And here we run into a strange sticking point – the amount of effort and persistence you put into working out according to the program.

The level of your persistence is determined by your identity – by this I assume the set of your beliefs about yourself. Your beliefs determine how you perceive yourself and your capability of achieving what you want. And this is the key here. If your beliefs are negative, i.e. limiting, you will not be able to experience the glory of effective weight loss. Even if you have found the quickest way to lose weight.

You can reread the above sentence again.

If you think that you are not worth the attractive image you gain after losing weight, if you consider yourself (subconsciously) to be not capable of achieving what you have set your mind to, you will not be able to pull this off. Sorry about that. But we can fix that.

Remember, that all the thoughts in your head are like self-fulfilling prophecies – if you keep thinking that you will fail, you will. If you are sure, that you are destined to succeed, you will. Remember, that the core inside you is the same in spite of any program or any diets (if you are a fan of them). This means that you can evolve to whatever you want. Sure, both you and I can find quite a lot of reasons to put off the workout or be left behind with the training schedule. But this is the wrong path to your success.

Instead keep working at yourself and do what you think is right. If anyone tells you, that you will fail, just laugh. And keep working. Never say, that you are going to give it a try. Instead, just do it and work at the problem which bothers you.

Assume success whatever you are doing. Like a pitbull, do not let your prey go, until you are done. Work, work, work. Work at your weight and go for what you have set your mind to. Keep crushing ALL the obstacles in your way. Like a little snowball which is rolled down the side of the mountain and which gets bigger as it keeps rolling down, to the bottom of the mountain, let your determination destroy everything in your way.
