quick way to lose weight

Start Simple

Crunches, another "quick way to lose weight"

This lesson covers both ball and floor methods

"Remember" this exercise is designed to be cost efficient and simply a quick way to lose weight fast. Crunches can be difficult in the beginning and they should be. Usually after the first 3 times your body will respond, turning fat into muscle. The muscle will begin to reshape itself giving you definition and a sexy shape. With amino acids making them even stronger you can begin to achieve the look you always wanted.

FLOOR METHOD

Lay down on any matted surface and place both hands behind your head. Your legs should be straight with ankles touching each other. Bring your knees in moving toward your chin so that your belly button is aligned with the tops of each knee. Simultaneously bring your arms inward slowly touching the tops of each knee with your elbow. Reverse this process making sure the bottom of your feet come as close as they can with-out touching.

Each time you finish your set of crunches take a minute to relax and feel the abdominal muscles relaxing with you. Stare up at your ceiling and take a few deep breaths.

GYM BALL METHOD

The video below shows a more advanced crunch on the gym ball. It explains never sit up while doing your crunch and make sure you are pulling the middle of your chest directly in alignment with your belly button. Use your feet to walk out rolling your lower body from the ball. You upper back should be supported by the gym ball and from that position your back will begin to arc. Tighten your stomach muscles to a mid upright position. Repeating this exercise daily is a great way to lose weight fast while defining muscle
