what is the most effective way to lose weight?

as a personal trainer i have been asked this question many times and althouth there is no quick fix to immediate weight loss there are a number of ways to help make it a great deal easier!
have a goal
plan your diets
aim to get a little more exercise
dont give up everything you enjoy because you will quickly give up any diet this way instead introduce changes gradually over a few days
dont try fad diets or quick fat loss schemes as these are harmful to your boby in the long run


if you take my advice and realize that each day is a new step to becoming a fitter healther you, you'll be at your target weight and fell a healtheir person too
