All around the globe, night after night, millions of folks are riveted to their Television sets - but not to look at the newest soap, or CSI. Not to observe Jay Leno or Sex in the Town .

It isn't surprising that for so many folk this is compulsive viewing. Obesity is the new pandemic and we watch hoping to find the fastest way to lose weight. Fat youngsters lumber around college playgrounds whilst their overweight mothers fill shopping carts with incorrect decisions.
Then...They take a place at night to look at the most successful Loser. They see dramatic weight reduction and startling new body shapes starting to appear. As the players keep reminding themselves and the spectators "This is a GAME". You must make the best of your time here - it will be so much harder out in the real world.' IS it harder in the real world? Probably. But you can take lessons away from watching this real life show. You can make it work for you, as well as for the competitors. Here are 3 practical and helpful lessons you can put to use straight away in your quest in finding the fastest way to lose weight.
One. Put weight reduction First. In the Biggest Loser household weight reduction COMES FIRST. Make it come first in your house, too. Sounds straightforward, does not it? It is. In reality, incredibly simple that many people just overlook it. Think : what's most critical : getting the weight off, and becoming fit sufficient to put years on your life - or watching another Television show? Watching T.V. is certainly not the fastest way to lose weight. Sit down with a paper and pen and distribute one hour a day to planning meals, recording what you eat, and doing some type of exercise. This could be so simple as challenging yourself each time you need food. ('Am I hungry - yes or no? If I am not hungry, then why do I would like to eat? Am I actually just thirsty? If I am running to the refrigerator because I am upset, is there something else I can do to feel better? Is there a long term solution which will fix this forever?' and so on. ) If you are not yet prepared to cope with the root cause, then be prepared with food that will not add to your problems with the ensuing rolls of fat that are preventing you from staying on course when you are working on the fastest way to lose weight.
