Removing Your Stress Can Be The Best Way To Lose Weight

These medications may increase secretion of cortisone by stimulating the hormones of the body, and the diets may stress the person enough to produce more cortisone. Either way, the body's fat metabolism is hampered and weight gain occurs instead of weight loss.
That is the reason why removing stress from the body and mind can be called as the best way to lose weight; in fact, it could be one of the most important preventive methods in weight gain. This can be clearly seen in people who regularly perform Yoga and other brain relaxing exercising, such as in the Indian rishis and yogis. They never have an extra ounce of flab in their bodies. This is because these people have perfected the art of staying calm through their penance and meditation and that is the reason why their bodies do not add weight. Of course, they follow strict vegetarian diets too. If you couple the two methods and use them, you could be down to a very appealing weight in just about a month or two.
