And start a journal of the progress that you are making. It will help you during your journey to a healthy life. You can look back at it and see how far you have come.
Now that your ready to move forward, there is just one thing that you have to do, and that is "Eat right and Exercise." It's really as simple as that. Find the right diet plan that works for you. And pick a good exercise routine, maybe a home exercise that you can do. Also, your eating habits are key here. You must eat healthy. Change life for the better just by doing these two simple things. To start out, you should work out with weights three days a week, and some type of aerobic activity three days days a week, alternating the two. You must also give yourself plenty of recovery time for your muscles to relax. Your muscles will burn fat while you sleep, the more in shape you are. One of the keys to success is visualizing beforehand what you are going to eat today, and what type of physical training you will be doing. Visualizing these things makes them more real.
