Are you looking for a way to lose weight well this might help.

Exercise and Fitness

If you have weight problems or heath problems and want to loss those extra pounds or get healthier then physical inactivity won't help.

Finding the right Exercise

Finding the right exercise that suits you may be hard, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Some people prefer to exercise in a gym or at home, others simply or cram exercise into their daily lifestyles, for example walking, running/jogging, swimming, bicycling. Exercise should offer some degree of challenge; if not, then the benefits will be few.

Walking

Walking is one form of exercise that focuses on the lower parts of the body, and can be done by people of many ages. Walking is relatively easy on the joints. During walking at least one foot is on the ground at all times, so the force with which the foot strikes the ground is never much more than the persons weight. However walking expends fewer calories than jogging/running does and walking slowly will not make a person very fit. But there is a way to walk faster which increases fitness levels faster. A person can take longer steps in addition to moving the legs faster. Steps can also be lengthened by swiveling the hips side to side so that the feet can reach further forward, and it doesn't even feel like your doing exercise if you do are doing it properly!

Swimming

Swimming is another form of exercise that helps tone the whole body-the legs, arms and back- without straining the joints or muscles and it helps if you are a confident or experienced swimmer. Swimming helps increase your endurance skills but if weight loss is the main goal of exercise then swimming isn't the best choice of exercise but can help with stamina that you can use to your advantage e.g running. And swimming is also a fun activity that can be done in your spare time or daily lifestyle.

Cycling

Riding a bike is a good exercise for cardiovascular fitness. Pedaling a bicycle strengths the upper leg muscles. Bicycles are pedaled in a smooth circular motion that does not jolt the muscles. Riding a bike can also be a fun activity and it may even be your favourite, hobbie to do on those sunny days.

Dieting

Although exercise and fitness is part of losing weight their is also the food part that should also be considered. Dieting should be taken up into your new or recurring exercise routine as it will help lose the weight faster and give you energy for those tasks if eating the right foods. Vegetables and Fruits are a good way to go, also lean meats and red meats, are a good way to get your iron intake and will also help with those exercise routines. Remember you don't have to go vegetarian to lose weight just choose the right foods and watch as you start thinning each day, and be proud of yourself and believe that you will achieve the result you have been hoping for.
