Small Things You Can do to Cut the Fat...
Ok, so it is a safe bet to say that everyone that has tried to lose weight has at some point or another used some kind of weight loss program, have had a fitness trainer or been on a special diet. These are all great starts for getting you that body that you desire but they do not address the 3 major core problems.
Cut down on your bread intake
This is one of the main reasons why it is very difficult for people to lose weight because they simply love to eat bread. Did you know that there is some form of bread in almost each product that we eat (not including fruits, veggies, meats, milk, mixed nuts) daily! The next time you are in your kitchen or in the supermarket look at the back of the product and check out the product contents and if you see anything that says: bread, yeast, flour, baking soda then you are indeed eating a bread product!
The reason that you want to cut your bread intake is for one reason and one reason only: BREAD BLOATS YOU. Bread makes you look a lot bigger that what you really are so each time that you eat bread your stomach will probably stick out a lot more than it normally does. The is to be in top shape not out of shape.
Do not eat when you are not hungry
Our bodies are perfectly built and have built in mechanisms to let us know when we need something and when we do not need it. Many people seem to think that when you get up in the morning it is mandatory to eat a breakfast, but nothing could be so far from the truth as this. If you eat late at night it is literally impossible for you to be hungry when you wake, because the body is at a resting state!
A normal body that ate at 9 o’clock at night and went to bed should not be hungry until about 11am or 12pm the next day. The issue here is that we are programmed to eat when we get up because we are told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day which is another complete joke. When you hear you stomach growling or you really feel hungry then that is the body telling you to re-fuel it and it is truly that plain and simple, we just love to complicate things.
Do not eat a meal 3 hours before you sleep at night
I can see everyone’s head spinning right now! This is the most important of all because eating heavy meals late at night is very commonplace among the human race. Let’s put it this way, If you eat at 10 o’clock at night and go to bed at 11 o’clock when will your food be digested? The answer is that it will not start until the next day once you get up! When you are sleeping your body is in a dormant state so it is doing nothing but recharging itself, so there is no real work being done. If this is taking place then that simply means that the food you ate will be sitting your belly all night long turning into fat. So it is important for you to eat at an ideal hour like 7 o’clock or 8 o’clock.
Having those great ab programs will help you cut up that stomach but you give yourself an even better chance by improving some of your habits first.
