How to lose weight – facts!


These days if you are not stick thin you are classed as unhealthy. At least that is what the manufacturers of weight loss products like you to think.

Do we really need to be stick thin or are we healthier with a little bit of meat on our bones?.

Although we are percieved to be better looking when we are thinner it is unhealthy to be too thin and many young girls put their life in danger by not eating enough.

Being too fat can also lead to problems with your health.

Finding out your ideal body weight for your body shape and size is a great place to start and if you find that you are slightly over weight then this article should help you get back to your ideal weight.

How to lose weight- What you should not do!

1/ Do not believe that tablets or another products will help you to lose weight.

2/ No excersise? No shaped body

3/ Do not drink coffee, I know we all love it, but that is the worst thing we can drink, while trying to lose weight.

4/ Do not practice any stupid diets! Pointless, you will just harm your body.

5/ Stress- avoid stress, It is easy to say it but it is truth. Stressed people have no will power to change things.


How to lose weight- What you should  do!

1/ Make a decision in your heart that you wish to achieve your goal of loosing weight.

2/ Eat 5 times a day or more. The biggest problem people do while on diet is not eating in the morning and eating before they go to bed. You have to eat 5 times a day.

In the morning- You can even eat energetic food as you can burn it off during the day. You should not leave your house without a breakfast.  Try to avoid coffee. Drink tea or juice. Eat brown bread with seeds and cereals. Try to avoid white bakery at all. Never eat breakfast in a hurry.

Snack- 2 hours after your breakfast you can eat snack. As it is before lunch, try to eat an apple or any kind of fruit. Do not eat too much because it will be lunch time soon.

Lunch- this is the last meal of the day where you can eat energy foods,. It means use your head when choosing what to eat. Try to avoid an oily foods, potatoes, sauces, and difficult to digest meals. Try to avoid  foods that which leaves you feeling. When you eat to much, it makes you sleepy and heavy food takes a lot of energy of your body to digest.

Snack – Here you can eat again something light. The best choice is fruit or vegetable.

Dinner- Should be a very light meal. Eat before 19.00. After this time try to not eat at all. If you get hungry after your dinner please eat vegetables or fruit. There is a wide range you can combine.


3/ Burn up time it is essential and very important to exercise your body. You need to burn some calories. The best advice is to use an excersize bike 3 times a week for 40 minutes. When  you first  starting on your excersize bike, do not turn on any of the resistance settings, but make the wheels spin freely. If you add the resistance you will work your muscles not lose weight. Sweat yourself off!

When  you do that regullary it helps you to prevent the stress and you will feel much better.


4/ Drink as much as you like. Most common problem is that people do not drink too much so the body cannot be detoxicated well. The best is to drink  plain tap water, Do not drink  sugary drinks  as they  slow down your progress. It is recommended to drink around 8 glasses of water a day. If you learn to drink more, it will have a great impact on your skin and digestive system.

5/ Be yourself do not follow losers. You dont need to pay  big cash to get fit and healthy. All it needs is a good self-control and think. I know it is easy to believe that you can lose  weight by doing nothing thanks to pills. Pills just will cost you a lot of money and the inpact will not be as great as you would expect and there can be some serious side effects from using diet pills.

Your body is your temple  listen to your body. Our body was made to be excersised, trained.
