A right diet and exercise will help you lose weight. You can eat what ever you want, but plenty of water and exercise will help. Being overweight is no fun, you have lack of energy. Well being on a diet you will lose the weight but gain it back when you stop the diet. Walking and yoga will help you lose weight. Exercising everyday. Diet pills only give you energy, but they have caffene and that will make you sweat off the fat. Is it safe. I tried it, I did not like it.
Number One pointer, don't starve yourself, you will have a stomach, but your body will be small. That is not the best way to lose weight because you will still have a stomach.
Number two pointer, try to eat 5 small meals a day.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.
Eat fruits and vegatables
Avoid drinking alcohol it will make you have belly.
Avoid the non carb diet it is not healthy and you can get sick eating too much meat in your diet.
Certain medication makes you gain weight too. The best solution to that don't believe the the pill will make you gain weight.
Do you wander why when your a kid your so skinny and have lots of energy because you play every day. Then when you mature you gain weight because all you do is sit down at your office and work all day.
No exercise at all.
You can play the wii it has games for exercising that helped me lose weight. The wii fit balance board tells you your bmi and weight etc. Interesting.
