This article should really be called the fastest way to lose weight while keeping your health. Because that's what I'm going to explain to you. We all want to start burning stomach fat, but there is a limit to how fast we can drop it without hurting ourselves.

By the time you're finished reading this article you're going to know exactly what steps to take to drop the maximum amount of weight in the shortest possible period of time without making yourself sick.

For the sake of clarity and simplicity, I'm going to bust this article into five sections and focus on one of the five key elements to weight loss in each one.
Garbage in garbage out

There's no way you're ever going to get control of your weight if you can't control what you're putting in your mouth. You can exercise all you want day in and day out, but if you don't know what to eat and when you're doomed to failure. Thankfully, the answer to this question is very simple.

First of all, by eating five or six times a day you're able to eat smaller meals. You get used to say cheating your hunger without stuffing yourself. What you been eating this way for a few weeks, you'll find that eating a really large meal will make you very uncomfortable. That's a good thing.

Secondly, eating small meals several times a day increases the thermic effect of your food. You keep your digestive processes operating at maximum efficiency, and ensures that you will extract more of the available nutrients from your meals.

Thirdly, you'll find that it's much easier to stick to your diet plan if you know that you're going to eat again in just a few hours. Nobody likes to be hungry. Too bad. Unfortunately, it's a given that the more weight you have to lose more time you're going to have to spend being hungry.

Move your butt to lose your butt

I'm sorry if you're looking for some sort of magic technique that will let you lose fat and lose weight without exercising, but it does not exist. You're going to have to exercise, but there is a way to reduce the time and the amount of effort that you spend exercising.

Try to concentrate on exercises and activities that move your entire body. Think running on treadmill as opposed to riding the exercise bike. Think doing squats or deep knee bends instead of using delayed press. Whatever type of exercise you decide to do, to the extent that it's possible for you personally, move your entire body through space.

This will ensure that you are really getting rid of stomach fat, and using the most of your muscle mass that you possibly can.
Stay hydrated to help your body shed stomach fat

Every time you lose a gram of fat you're going to lose 2 g of water. Staying hydrated will make it easier for your body to metabolize the fat and it's good for you anyway. As you burn up those calories and drop the extra weight you will produce waste products that your body needs to get rid of. Staying hydrated makes it easier for your body to perform this process.

Lose weight while you sleep

Recent studies have shown a definite correlation between obesity and poor or insufficient sleep. If you stop and think about it stands to reason. Why would you expect your body to be able to make all of these drastic changes, with all of the Met metabolic costs that they entail if it was not rested. In addition, you're going to be cranky. It's bad enough to be hungry most of the time -- it's even worse when you're sleeping on top of that.
Exercise even when you're not exercising

There's been a fair amount of focus in the fitness industry lately on something called by exercise physical activity. I'm not talking about the old chestnut you certainly heard about parking farther away from the door to the supermarket. I'm talking about a low stress activity, where you are moving your body through space for at least 20 minutes. The most common way that people get their Napa time in each week is to take walks. Well there you go. I haven't given you exact calorie figures and I haven't told you exactly how much time you need to spend in the gym. But I don't think you need me to do that. It's simple enough to calculate -- whatever you're doing now, whether it's nothing we're a lot -- if you're not getting the results you want that you need to either exercise more or eat less.

But above and beyond that elemental prescription, if you will incorporate the tips that I've given you in this article you will find that you do lose weight more quickly and with less effort.
