So you want to lose fat in no time and naturally? Or do you want to find out more on the fastest way to lose weight in a day? I don't know what others have told you, but I can say this much that by following proper methods, it is not that hard to burn fat! Most experts would recommend you to diet; however I know that you are turned off by dieting because it comes with too many restrictions.

I know that most of us would be more than happy to make use of other alternatives other than dieting to help us lose weight. I will tell you about those ways in this article.

As a matter of fact, the human body is made to fight against any form of starvation. In the good old days, when there was insufficient food supply, the body would store fat deposits in order to survive. Nowadays, we have more than enough to eat, but just as some things don't change, our bodies too haven't changed much over the course of time, let alone the fastest way to lose weight in a day!

The human body is created in a unique way whereby it slows down its metabolic rate and stores fat when it undergoes starvation or when it does not get sufficient amount of calories.  This is one of the main causes why many dieters end up gaining back the weight they have lost.

The rule still remains the same: if you starve, your body will think that there is a famine out there which is why it is not getting enough fuel in the form of calories. It would then take the obvious step: it would slow down your metabolic rate so as to store fat instead of burning it! This is the reason why most dieters usually regain their former self as soon as they get back to the normal eating mode!

Secondly, eating frequently is the key to losing weight. Eating only is not enough if you want to lose weight quickly. To be specific, you have to eat frequently. I am sure you may wonder how eating more makes you lose weight right. Well, it may seem ironic but that is the truth. In fact, you are not eating more than you what you normally consume in a day.

I know it seems ironic but that is the truth. Eating frequently does not mean eating more than your regular diet. What you have to do exactly is to break down your large meals into smaller portions.

This method has many advantages to it. It not only suppresses your hunger, it also prevents you from eating junk foods in between meals and as such will prevent you from gaining weight. Also, eating frequently ensures that your metabolic rate is kept high. This means that you are able to burn fat faster. Without you realizing, you are actually killing two birds with one stone. It is a win-win situation.
