Are These Fast Ways to Lose Weight Really Healthy?

I've only been out of school for a couple of years now so I remember all of the latest crazes going thru the dorms by the girls hunting for fast ways to lose weight.

They'd do things that made me think that can not be healthy.

My bud later said to me that she had some great advice on shedding weight and she was going to try them out. Being someone that always loves to learn about new fitness tricks, I would have liked to hear them out.

After hearing them, red flags immediately went up. Yes, these were fast ways to lose weight, but I highly doubted they were healthy. This got me to thinking, what are a selection of the good ways to get rid of the weight that I hear about but would never try because I don't agree they're safe tips on shedding pounds! I'd avoid those fast ways to lose weight!

Also, from what I can remember, Cabbage is a purgative so once more, you most likely may not be losing blubber. Instead, you will lose water weight and waste weight.
