I got this "Best Way to Lose Weight" info from a health magazine last summer of 2008. My daughters and I love to read natural health magazines especially in the weight loss section. I'm going to share with you of what I've read from the Woman's World magazine, May 19, 2008 issue on weight loss breakthrough by University of Georgia (UGA) research team headed by MaryAnne DellaFera, Ph.D. (Note: This is only a health information always get a doctor's okay when you try any new plan.)
At UGA's laboratory, the research team had made this "cocktail" mix from 2 antioxidants: resveratrol from grapes, and isoflavones from soy. The research team poured this cocktail over globs of fat in a test tube.
Laboratory Result: The antioxidant mix reduced cells’ ability to store fat by 80% and caused fat cells to self-destruct altogether at a rate 246% higher than normal. This antioxidant is very potent because it's targeting fat in both ways---so this is the best way to lose weight.
