Exercise - There is no magic formula when wanting to cut down the pounds. There is simply no healthy way to lose weight without some form of exercise. It could be as simple as going for a walk or working out at a gym but you should set aside at least 30 minutes a day for some consistent moving around.


Cut out the sugar - Enough said on this one.


Cut down on the carbs - Carbohydrates are necessary for proper brain function but not in heavy forms such as pasta. Many vegetables have carbs in them so eating lots of these types of vegetables should give you what you need for a healthy diet.


Cut out the salt - Salt is naturally in many of the foods we eat and is added to all of the boxed or canned foods we consume to help extend shelf life. So when you add extra salt you are simply adding to the amount of excess water your body retains.



Losing weight doesn’t have to be scary if your first steps are simple and easy to stick to. Start with one and add another once a week to give your body lots of time to adjust. Who knows, if you use these weight loss tips you may start to see a difference right away.
