1. Avoid fast food! It is not without reason why it is called junk food. 2. Avoid snack! 3. Choose your oil wisely. It will be beneficial for your health to use healthy oil such as oliver oil, omega 9 fatty acid etc. Avoid at all cost hydrogenated oils as it will not only kill you in the long term by producing diseases like multiple sclerosis and allergies that lead to arthritis, but in the meantime they will make you fat!
4. Count your calories. By monitoring how many calories you eat you will become conscious how much food you have eaten and whether you have eaten more than the recommend calories count. It will then make you decide not to eat any more food as it may increase calories intake and thus increase your weight.
5. Avoid the pill. There is no such magical pill which will solve your weight problem once and for all. As the saying goes no pain no gain. Avoid all the infomercial on the TV that expounds the benefit of popping a pill and your weight problem is solved.
6. Exercise Exercise Exercise! For heaven sake make sure that you exercise regularly. Physical exercise is a bodily activity that develops and maintains the overall health and frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent diseases of affluence such as heart disease, weight gain etc.
We know it is not easy to practise all the "how to lose weight fast" tips however if you really want to lose weight fast, it's the only way unless you want to go for surgery which is another alternative but it's success is not statistically proven and so the only way is try as far as possible to practise the weight loss tips as mentioned.
