People are always searching for the quickest way to lose weight. We have a fascination with making sure our bodies look great at all times, but it's really important that we don't sacrifice safety for speed. You'll be happy to hear that she had a speedy recovery. She was lucky, but I think we can all learn a valuable lesson from this. Challenging your body beyond its normal limits can put you in a worse situation than you were before.
