This is a million dollar question among the thousands of people that are overweight or obese. These people are always on the search for new ways on how to lose weight quickly. Unfortunately for them there are thousands of other people that try to promote some weight loss product which promises fast weight loss in no time. Many people are mislead and purchase one of those miracle products to realize after a few weeks that there is no such think as fast weight loss, or in most of the cases there is no weight loss with those products or miracle diets.
Weight loss can be achieved; quick weight loss is also possible provided that you do it the proper way. The proper way is the one that is done by following healthy tips that can bring long lasting results and they do not create any other problems to your health. Most of the advertised products or diets do not follow these rules and this is why at the end they fail. If you want to lose weight fast and healthy you can do so by following the quick weight loss tips below.


One of the golden rules of successful weight loss is that you must decide and set your goals. You cannot lose weight if you do not know in advance how much weight you want to lose. Once you know what is your target you can prepare your short-term and long-term plan that will help you achieve your goals. Try and find out how much weight you want to lose. You can do this by taking into account your height and your body structure. There are no golden rules to follow to find your ideal weight. Physical preparation - get rid of all foods and drinks in your house that may impose a thread on your weight loss. 3. Reduce the portion size of your meals
4. Eat less but more frequent

6. Eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can
7. Sleep at least 7 hours per day
8. Do not skip breakfast
9. Start exercising for at least 20 minutes per day (walking, running etc)
10. Engage into more physical activities than passive activities (e.g. Surfing the net)
11. Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before you go to bed
12. Drink your coffee black (no sugar, no milk)
