How To Lose Weight In A Week-Fastest Way To Lose Weight

I Want To Lose Weight Fast!

You want to lose weight in just a week? In other words you want to lose some excess weight fast, right? You maybe surprised to know that you can shed some of those unwanted pounds in a week...yeah that's right one short week!

How do you do it? Well losing weight is not very difficult, but it can still be hard to do. Sounds contradictory, but let me explain. Losing weight is all about learning to tell yourself no...and then sticking to it, it's really that simple, but hard to do, right?

If you really want to lose weight fast (I like to get it over with;o) you really need to take a good muti-vitamin, because fast weight loss can be difficult both physically, and mentally.

Tips To Help You Lose Weight In A Week

Here are some tips that can help you lose weight in as little as a week. You should see your health care professional to make sure you're healthy enough to go on a diet so you can drop those unwanted pounds.

10 Tips to help you lose excess body fat fast, in just a week:

1.Drink lots of water. Sounds kind of counterproductive since much of your body weight is water, but it's true nonetheless. Water will speed up your metabolism and help you eliminate wastes, which will help you lose weight especially if you're on a calorie reducing diet.

2.Exercise aerobically at least an hour every day (more is better). You could walk (you need to walk fast and/or up hills...push yourself), run (don't overdo it!), lift weights (light weights, lots of repetitions), use a tread mill or stair climber, swimming, or cycling are all good. Any form of aerobic exercise will do, but you want to work large muscle groups (like your legs.) The trick is to burn as many calories as you can, if you combining this with dieting you'll feel some fatigue, there's little doubt. Listen to your body and don't overdo it, but on the other hand, keep working out and burning calories. If you expect to see a difference in just a week.

3.Take in less calories than you burn. Sounds simple, but there are lots of people who work out and hope to lose weight but they are still ingesting way too many calories daily. My favorite way to diet is to eat my regular foods (except for any that contain large amounts of fat), but cut my portions in half, effectively cutting my caloric intake by half as well. There is no counting calories, or preparing special diet foods. You don't feel as deprived as your still eating the same foods as anyone else just less of them.

If you still feel hungry after a meal (give yourself a half an hour, and the feelings of hunger could go away) you can snack as much as you want, but you should only snack on things like fruit, vegetables, and other snack foods that contain few if any calories.

If you find this diet difficult you can of course resort to counting all the calories you consume as this is a foolproof way to keep track of your caloric intake.

4.You could try a all liquid diet. Fruit or vegetable juices and of course water should be your liquids of choice, never soda or any sweetened drinks as they contain too many calories! Another advantage of this diet is the cleansing effect it will have on your body.

5.Don't skip breakfast! As a matter of fact you show make breakfast your "big" meal everyday. This will increase your metabolism as well as giving you energy to work out that much harder every day.

6.Another thing I do if I'm trying to lose some weight is take one meal or one day off the diet a week. This isn't a good idea if you want to lose as many pounds as possible in one week, but if you're going to diet longer it can help you feel less deprived without having any real effect on your weight loss.

7.If you're feeling hunger pangs try chewing sugar-less gum. This can "tide" you over until your next meal and won't add an ounce of fat to your hips!

8.Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, or caffeine as they will make you dehydrated, which will lead to weight gain.

9.Try not to eat anything for three hours before bedtime. You should try to keep you dinner a light one as well, no heavy fatty foods, stick to salads, fruits, and vegetables.

10.Start your day one hour earlier every day. Just by being up and awake you burn more calories then when your asleep, so get up early and take a walk!
