Learning how to lose fast weight can be achieved without doing any special gym routines or buying expensive machinery to get pumped. The problem with people when deciding to lose fat is that they don't have all the knowledge about how to lose weight and they do things wrong. First of all instead of cutting your meals what you really have to cut is the amount you eat in the the meals you eat during the day.

Another misconception very popular is that the body loses its metabolism after 5 pm or 6pm.Wrong. If you want to learn how to lose weight fast you need to feed it with healthy foods! Think of your body as a train that needs coal. The more coal the faster it runs. But what happens when a motor gets cheap gasoline or coal? it begins to slow down and it looses power right?!

Same thing for your body. You need premium foods. Sugar will make you feel good when you eat it cause its sweet but its the cheapest  gas you can find! Go for yogurt,sugar free ice cream (low in fat) fruits. This stuff will calm you down when you need something sweet. So keep a few in the fridge.

As mentioned eat more during the day but in less quantity. What would happen if you overfed a hippo? I guess it wouldn't be able to move. Those things are large even if they don't eat. Anyway! Eat more protein (energy),low fat meats (energy),fiber (good for cleaning your body),fruits (immune,metabolism),liquids (hydration) and veggies. (for immune and vitamins)

How do you lose weight at home? Forget weights if you're really overweight. Start by punching at the TV. What? Yes throw punches and kicks if you can during a movie or your favorite series having a bottle of water or juice nearby. Watching TV and doing exercise is the most fun way to do exercises at home.

Go for martial arts,aerobics and a few army type exercises if you can like jumping jacks,push ups,sit ups and jogging (pretending).

One last thing always eat half an hour before and 10 minutes after you workout. You lose energy when you lose weight so eat so you wont feel drained. Good luck!
