Got to attend a reunion, wedding, or other special event? It's coming up quick, and you would really like to lose 20 pounds in two weeks? This can be doable, if you can stick with one of these two diet plans. Do keep in mind though, that losing 20 lbs in 2 weeks is a little extreme so be sure to take a good multi-vitamin with minerals also.

Dieting can be hard on you both physically and mentally. Before embarking on any diet plan, and especially a crash diet in order to lose weight fast, you really should consult your family doctor to find out if you're healthy enough to diet.

There is no magic pill that will make the pounds just drop off, no, it'll take some effort on your part.

Follow These Tips To Help Lose 20 Pounds In Two weeks

Here are a couple of ways you could lose those unwanted 20 pounds in 2 weeks:

1.Go on a juice only diet. The juice will supply you with sugar and carbohydrates for energy. This diet will also help cleanse your body of toxins. Although you wouldn't want to stay on this dirt for very long, it can be very effective in dropping a lot of weight fast!

Add some cardiovascular exercise and the excess weight can drop off very quickly.

2.Start working out every day for the two weeks. Make your exercising aerobic, and try to workout (walk-fast, run, stair-climber, treadmill, etc.) for an hour or more each day. Keep your exercising gentle, but a long enough in duration to burn the calories you'll need to drop the weight.

You should limit your caloric intake as well. This is how I've done it, just eat your regular meals, but cut your servings by half. This effectively cuts your caloric intake by half as well, and you will be eating the same as everybody else, so you won't feel so deprived.

Here again, and anytime you are limiting your caloric intake, take a good muti-vitamin every day (buy from a health food store to assure freshness and potency.)

While losing 20 pounds in two weeks may not be the easiest thing you've ever done, I doubt that it will be the hardest either.

Working out hard is fine but don't over-do it! It's more important to be consistent in your exercising and be gentle to your body. It's not about how much weight you can lift, but how many times you can lift a lighter weight in repetition that will burn those unwanted calories.

To lose weight you just need to consume less calories than you burn-do this and the weight will melt away!
