Real Ways to Lose that Belly Fat and more!

Everyone wants to lose weight in a fast easy way. Despite what you imagine, there are easy steps you can take to loss that fat from your stomach and beyond! Your body is an amazing machine and you need to feed and work it right. No one ever lost weight by sitting around all day, bar liposuction, and that is hardly what you are trying to achieve here!
Whilst there are many genuine ways to weight loss that work it is hard to know where to start when looking for a solution to easy fast weight loss. This article will provide you with some great starting blocks to losing weight. The first thing and in many ways the most important area you need to look at is the food you eat.
Step 1, Eat Better Foods - i.e. Less Processed
Processed foods are some of the main offenders in stopping you losing weight. Before eating or even buying certain types of foods just look at it and think about what that food represents. You don't need to be a food health expert to realise that some foods are bad for you and full of saturated fats but just looking at them!
A good way to think about this is ask yourself, "Do I know what this food is made of, and does that colour look natural?" Just by doing this you can cut out 80% of junk food, and it would do wonders for your health, fat intake AND the quality of food you would eat would be dramatically better. Whole foods taste better, are fresher have more "goodness" in them, and you know you are getting minimal artificial additives which simply are not needed. Just look at the pictures to the right. Should food really be murky brown / orange? You know this is not healthy and gives you minimal protein / good carbs.
You wouldn't put petrol full of grit into your car, so why put the equivalent in your body everyday?
Step 2, Eat Good Carbs!
Yes, eat carbs! Obviously not in masses of processed foods, but you can eat carbs and lose weight. I could not live on a diet similar to Atkins with no carbs. It must be incredibly hard to maintain for the long term, and to be honest I like pasta and toast too much to even consider it! Good carbs will make you feel fuller longer, and help digestion which can make you feel brighter and more alert throughout the day compared to the sluggishness you feel after a plate of processed junk food. So what options do you have to eat carbs which can be beneficial to losing weight but actually tastes good?
Wholemeal breads - Think about an amazing sandwich, for me every ingredient needs to be fresh, vibrant, full of flavour and surrounded by rustic wholemeal bread. It is so much nicer than white bread, while being so much better for you at the same time. It completes a sandwich, and my personal favourite, toast with hot sauce. Yummmm (try it before you knock it)
Rice - Basmati rice is a very rich food that is the staple diet in India, and many South East Asian countries for good reason. It gives you slow realising energy for throughout the day. Plus mixed with some quality meat and some vegetables you can make an amazing variety of meals with it. Also try wholemeal rice and pasta, it works great with most family favourites like Spaghetti Bolognese.
Fruit and Veg - 99% of vegetables are great for losing weight fast. Make sure you cook properly and don't go deep frying. Boiling with a small amount of water is a great way to simulate streamed vegetables with no further equipment needed. Mix them up with a quality lean piece of meat for a protein hit and you have yourself a tasty meal. Apples are cheap and wide in variety, so can be different everyday for snacks. Note: be careful on how many bananas you eat as you can take in a huge amount of sugar without realising it.
Step 3, Hot Sauce!! Still read if you don't like super hot food!
I am a chilli fiend but you don't need to be to get the benefits of chillis. I am a huge believer in chillis being a superfood. Spices from habanero to mustard and peppers are proven to help increase your body's metabolism, as well as helping your arteries. Like I said before I put chilli sauce and chillis with everything. until a few years ago I hated hot food, but I got forced into it by an amazing Mexican restaurant I went to and I was hooked on hot sauce. I now have chilli sauce even with toast as a dip like ketchup for a healthy breakfast! If you have it buy Encona West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce it is amazing for this. However if you are not a hot chilli fan then try adding standard standard table black pepper to just about anything. Scrambled egg, in soups, on chilli con carne (no heat needed). Make sure you have a proper grinder for freshly ground black pepper rather than the dust type of ground pepper.
If you have a feel for the spice check out habanero and scotch bonnet based sauces. I seriously add these to nearly everything. My fridge currently has 7 different chilli sauces, including one with the infamous Ghost Chilli, the Dorset Naga aka the hottest chilli in the world.
Fresh and dried chillis are also great for adding on almost anything, and remember some chillis and peppers are more of a smokey flavour, like Paprika, so you do not need to blow your head off to lose weight! Adding chilli is an easy and tasty way to speed up that metabolism to help you lose it.
Step 4, Short intense workouts
Hardly anyone nowadays has time to go to the gym several times a week if at all. However you can get into shape with a easy fast way that will help you to lose weight, whilst getting your blood pumping so you feel more active throughout the day. It all starts with a simple 10 minute workout that you can do in the smallest of rooms. You just need a few feet of room. After warming up, you basically do small steps whilst squatting slightly, the more the harder the workout, going left and right for 30 seconds. After rest you then widen your stance and repeat for 30 seconds. After another rest you go back and forward. Then after another 30s and rest you squat whilst doing slow side steps. This is repeated. It is a burner! the great thing is whatever your fitness level there is a way you can do it that you get huge benefit, as the further you bend the more of a workout it is. All in literally 10 minutes with no equipment! The workout really burns if done squatted right down.

The main points to note are it is important to watch what you eat. your body cannot handle junk being constantly put into it. You need to look after your body and eat healthy foods that are natural, and you can whilst experiencing even tastier food. Plus make sure you do some sort of exercise. the 10 minute workout mentioned above shows you do not need an expensive gym membership, and hours out of your day to get your heart active. If your body feels good, you will feel good in mind to!
