3. Do not skip breakfast. Most people believe that by skipping breakfast they will lose weight faster. It is proven that people who eat a good breakfast are more likely to lose weight. This is because a good breakfast can keep you until lunch time and you will not fall into the trap of snacks. A breakfast that is rich in protein and fiber will keep your stomach full and reduce hunger throughout the day.
4. Do not forget that snacks carry calories (a lot actually). Do some walking, running, find a sport you enjoy. Do anything that involves physical activity and keeps your body active.
