Everyone wants to lose weight fast. However, unless you are willing to really sacrifice your time and energy, it's not going to happen. There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to be very disciplined. You have to have the right mind set. The approach has to be very methodical. You have to figure out what's going in your mouth as far as calories and nutritional benefit or you have to know how much the physical activity that you are doing is going to use up the calories that you are taking in.
    Here are some weight loss tips that may help you.You should consult your doctor before you do any drastic change in diet or exercise.

Walk at least 15 minutes everyday. Walking is one of the best exercises that you can do because it's not hard on your joints. When you go shopping, you should park further away so that it forces you to walk a little.
You have to change your lifestyle. Unless you change your attitude towards the quality and quantity of the food that you take in and the amount of exercise that you get, you're going to keep putting the weight back on.
Don't keep weighing yourself. It is possible to be losing fat and still weigh more at times because of water retention and muscle building. It is better to focus on how your body is looking and how you feel than how much that you weigh on any given day.
Don't over do it. If you try to do too much at once, you will get discouraged and give up after your muscles are overly sore or you feel to hungry or tired.
Eat foods rich in fiber. Fiber will make you feel full but has less calories than other foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and cereals.
You should build muscle. The more muscle that you have, the more calories that your body will burn even when you aren't working out. Also, when you build muscle you also build your bone density which is particularly important for when you get older.
Don't starve yourself. If you try doing this, your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow right down so that your body won't burn calories as quickly. When you start eating normally again, you will put weight back on quickly because your metabolism is low.
Once in a while, treat yourself. This way you won't get to frustrated by having such a strict regimen.
